My mother was becoming more and more frail and we were required to make a decision whether to send her some where, or bring in services to her home. We elected to try The ALHC Services. We are so glad we did, and so was she! She was able to live her remaining life at home where she had lived for 60 years .We we’re so  pleased with Brenda and how she cared for our mother. She listened to our wants and needs and we  had a great experience from day one. My mother was cared for, bonded with her aide and her last days were surrounded by love and kindness.

Brenda Jones has been an absolute Godsend to our family, serving and assisting my 88 year old mother who suffers from Alzheimer’s, for the past 8 years. Mom’s behaviors can be erratic, mean spirited, irrational and physically challenging. Brenda always treats mom with respect and as if she were her own mother demonstrating compassion, love, gentleness and care. She never loses her temper, has a very loving temperament. Brenda kept me posted on how mom was doing throughout the week.

Brenda’s been exceptional; her direct efforts and service has enabled me to continue working knowing that my mother is being well cared for. She goes beyond my expectations, acting as my surrogate with the assisted living staff. Whenever my mother’s illness gets the best of her, I simply call, or text Brenda who drops by the facility steps in calming mom when she is anxious, unwilling to take her medicine or angry at the assisted living staff. She does whatever it takes to handle the situation or problem.  

Brenda is an excellent problem solver, honest and trustworthy, gracious, loving and a true praying woman of faith who can be relied upon to go the extra mile for her clients and families she serves.
